About GLUTEN WASHER

Device is used to determine amount of wet gluten in wheat & floor sample by extracting gluten easy to use with digital display. Wet Gluten is prepared from whole meal or flour. Gluten Index Centrifuge is used to force the wet gluten through a specially designed sieve cassette. The relative amount of gluten passing through the sieve indicates the gluten characteristics.
